Try to be careful picking them up like that. if they squirm when they get bigger in that position it can cause back problems cx

Yep I have been super careful. He didn't mind being picked up. I only held him this way for the picture and them set him back down with his sibling right away. Yeah I am super careful with bunnies because of their back problems they can have.

It's the same people that think birds will abandon their babies if you touch them. I just had to put that stuff in the description so people didn't get mad at me for touching the little one. These guys actually were born eyes closed and ears closed but they grow quick. I want to put a camera outside and catch momma coming and going but it's hard when momma comes only at dusk and dawn.

Then they must be mixed with a domestic.
Cause wild rabbits are born eyes open fur an ears open an able to run when mama an them are in danger.
Ive handled wilds for about 6 years now.

An yeah people cry baby about it all the time.
Oh mama wont come back for them you have to kill it now.

But yeah the bunny doesnt look older then 1-2 weeks.
They grow faster then domestic .

Bunnies who born with fur and eyes already open are hares, not bunnies =x3

I have these same rabbits in my back yard .
An have cams in the rabbit hut I have for them an none of the 40 baby rabbits were born eyes closed.

I had to care for one once when the manager ran over the mama with his lawn mower.

I'm not sure. They look like the wild cotton tails we have around here but I wouldn't doubt they are mixed. Rabbits are popular around here. Yeah people bring us bunnies at work all the night saying momma abandoned them. I sigh and get mad because it's like Momma only comes twice a day. They will be just fine during the day. I just go out and make sure she is still coming back because we have Coyotes, stray dogs, cats and cars around here so i just make sure she is still coming back for them. There are 2 of them and I looked it up and a few websites have said they are 7 to 10 days.

I can't wait until they are bigger and running around the yard. I am hoping by us being around them as they grow they will be less afraid of us. I love having them around.

Nvm you must live in a different climate where they are born differently from the ones here
