A close-up of the purple dragon capital "S" from the Dragon Illuminated Scroll I made. It turned out so nice, I just couldn't resist a close-up shot ;)

It really should be more purple, but no matter how much I tinkered with it in Photoshop, it just wouldn't be purple...it looks so much nicer in person.

Inked with Higgins Magic Ink and dip pen, painted with Windsor & Newton gouache and Holbein Pearl Gold gouache.
