Not vent art or anything, I enjoy the oddly creepy okay. *shifty eyes* That, and I've been neglecting FA as of late because I just have not had the most productive summer art wise. No muse. Gotta put something on here.

Just some Carth battling his athazagoraphobia, which is the fear of being forgotten, ignored, or abandoned. He tries his best to not let it affect him, but sometimes his mind screams for it so holding all of this in does his mind no good. His case is a bit more mild, but the internal struggle is still real. Carth’ll act all nice and humble upon first meeting him, and will get to know you a bit, but he fights to avoid any type of concrete bonding since he knows that, because of what he is and his job, he’ll never be able to keep in contact with someone.

Astella helps him a ton with this problem and, in a way, helps him get over it, since she finally nails it into his head that no one will abandon him for no reason, it’s a part of life. Sometimes childhood scars can’t be healed on their own, which Carth’ll soon find out.

So for additional fun I made it look like he was wearing a headdress of his own head, because why not. Everyone sees him as the beast but no one sees who he really is underneath.
