indeed, I think it's adorable. There's something lovely about certain creature traits... large, beautiful eyes, streamlined muzzles, powerful tails, wings... I think it's why these particular creatures are so popular (I'm also thinking of Goodra, and could probably think of more).

Also, typically I am not a huge fan of the pokemon concept of their cry being variations on their name, but the mix of enunciation in the name of this hybrid actually sounds like something a dragon might vocalize (a mix of gutterals, hissing, and melodic keening/roaring).

Hell, I'm tempted to draw this hybrid myself... Lugia is my favorite pokemon, for the above reasons, and because it is one of the few legendary pokemon with stats built around defensive capability, rather than being one-hit super-killers.

...out of curiosity, Shiro, do you happen to have a favorite pokemon?
