I would assume that he's a mix- it could be a ferret, raccoon, or red panda mixed in with a tiger or bear for this suiter.
As we see, this suiter is tutting since his hands are curled and in some cases, flat. He may be a beginner or a master, but it was for a moment that I saw this suiter dancing. I might guess that he took this from
