This is a very overdue picture. It was meant to be completed in time for 
zee-zee birthday (Oct 14), but I kept procrastinating.
The pick was intended to be a follow-up on my 2012 birthday picture for the squirrel (http://www.furaffinity.net/view/9094674/) in which Zee-Zee's attackers finally get their comeuppance in the form of being unmasked and scolded by the angry rodent! Don't worry though, Zee-Zee'll untie the nice kitties just as soon as he finishes his scolding...
The colouring's a little weak, but in general I'm very happy with this piece.

Ah I see. Well that's more or less my style that and most of the time I have Lig set at an older age. Though come to think of it I think even Lig's lil cub age is about a year older than ZeeZee so that works. ^^ Just goes to show Lig may be bigger but he's no more grown up than the next crinkly cub. ^^
It's super cool to see new arts from you, Kaffre. Its also nice seeing how you continue to improve with each passing work, too. :)
Personally I think the coloring is good. Can't really tell if there are any areas that are over colored or under colored.

This may be a late work but one that I'm sure will be loved just the same. Better late than never. More importantly is that you did finish it. Most would abandon something if they took too long to get to it. Way to stay committed. :)

Truth be told, most of my complaints regarding the colouring were due to its scratchiness, but in retrospect it actually works well on the grass, wood, and fur giving a sense of texture. Unfortunately the sky and our clothes still look weird.
In answer to your question, kinda. The original pic was drawn by hand and scanned in (its in my Scraps) for ZZ's birthday, but then a cat peed on the original and I had to throw it out. I then printed out the lineart, added some more detail with a felt-tip and coloured it in with my trusty pencil-crayons!
Anyway, thanks for the oraise and encouragement, it's very appreciated...
