So, smoke magic.
Oce can fly relatively short distances (100-200 meters) with a lot of smoke coming from lower half of his body (legs become smoke and he basically becomes a genie from Alladin, but the "tail" is 10 times bigger and it's made of smoke). He also have instant regeneration powers (the wounded part of his body transforms into smoke and back) and ability to completely transform into a giant grey cloud for a limited amount of time to heal people or transport things. Oh, and since any part of the body can be transformed into smoke, Oce sometimes transforms his hands into some sort of tentacles to get to a higher shelf (he's 5' 5" or 165 centimeters tall) or just when he needs to get a cup of cofee, but doesn't want to get his ass off the couch (he's a lazybutt).
And yeah, the clothes don't transform with him, so yeah... He's practically nude 80% of his life.
And no, this character was NOT inspired by the "Infamous" game. I actually used this char in roleplays a long ago. But Delsin Rowe kinda have something similiar, except for tentacle hands. And Oce can't shoot fire of his fingers.
