Hey, pretty good! You got the length proportions just about down here. His arms seem to have atrophied, though. You need to put in width as well. Don't be afraid to give your character's bodies substance. I suggest sketching in his limbs with sticks, then "sausages" in order to give yourself a frame of reference when it comes to drawing his body.
