Well, Silver kills other Mobians. Sometimes for blood, sometimes, because the voices in his head tell him to, sometimes because he thinks that people want him to be dead (he has to be faster than them), sometimes because he concieves that one of the Mobians around him did something cruel to him, sometimes because he has to silence the screaming voices in his head, sometimes because he's just in the mood.
He's insane after all^^
