Freddy is still worse. By FAR! His AI seems so to be deliberately adaptive. All the speculation about him being the one who cuts electricity to the doors and that him staring at you is basically the kiss of death regardless of how you approach it... GAH!
Though I will admit. Foxy running down the hall the first time was a right terrible scare. Now he only scares me because if the whole "Bite of '87" is real, then the only bot with shearing teeth is him, so... *shudder* Fridge horror.
