“Caiden Alexandria, get back here!”
“Heehee, NEVER!” A wide grin etched on my face, I bolt from her room and scan the manor for an optimal hiding spot. “I can’t let her catch me. Can’t let her get me. AHA!” Dropping to my knees, I crawl into the Main Hall and inch under the couch. “She’ll never…”
“Caiden, I know you’re in here!” Utsukushi crosses her arms as she strolls into the room, scanning the empty couch, “Now take your punishment like a man or cat child, or what have you! Come out, Caiden-kun, I won’t hurt ya…You’ll be laughing yourself silly when I’m done with you.”
Giggles escape my throat at her playful threat. “All I did was wear makeup and scare her when she woke up. I…I didn’t do anything to harm her or nothing. I just wanted to have…”
“GOTCHA!” She chuckles as she grabs my leg and begins dragging me from underneath the couch. With her prey in full view, she lifts me into the air, dangling upside down by my legs as she walks over to the couch, “That wasn’t very nice, Caiden-kun, you scared me half to death!” Sitting down with me in her lap, her hands assail my sides, “I will have recompense for your offenses.”
“HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! UTSU-NEECHAN! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! I’M SORRY! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! STOP IT! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! STOP IT! STOP TICKLING! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA!” Falling to my back, I squirm as her assault increases in velocity and veracity, “I’M SORRY! I’M SORRY! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA!” Tears pool in my eyes while my body twinges from the tickle terror being inflicted upon it.
Utsukushi smiles as her assault continues, “Payment must be made, Caiden-kun! If you can’t do the time, don’t do the crime.” Sighing, she releases me to my feet ten minutes later and scans racked state, “So, Caiden-kun, heeheehee,” Setting me in her lap, her warm smile shines, “did my baby brother learn his lesson, or” Her hands rise to the air, crane shapes forming, “must I teach you again?”
Shaking my head and giggling, “Yes, I’ve seen and I have learned, Utsu-neechan. I’ll never scare you again.” Crossing my fingers behind my back, I smile as my giggle fit ceases, “I promise.” Breaking my crossed fingers, I scan her visage, “You believe me, Utsu-neechan?”
“Yes, I do.” She lowers her hands and wraps her arms around me, “Good answer, Caiden-kun.” Turning to the TV, her eyes flicker red and blue activating the KidzChoice cartoon channel. Kissing my forehead, she adjusts me so I’m comfy in her lap, “Well, since my baby bro has learned his lesson, why don’t we watch some cartoons? After a marathon or two, we figure out where to go from there.”
“Okay, Utsu-neechan!”

While the credits for Detective Conan roll across the screen, I smile and rise from Utsukushi’s lap. Stretching and giggling, I waddle toward the kitchen, “Utsu-neechan are you thirsty?”
“No, Caiden-kun, I’m fine. Thank you for asking though.”
“Okay!” With the a bottle of orange soda in my grasp, I rush toward the Main Hall and sit down next to Utsukushi, “Utsu-neechan,” Turning to her, my content countenance flourishes, “Utsu-neechan, I’m so happy right now! Heehee,” Popping the soda bottle into my mouth, I begin to drain it of the sweet orange nectar, “So good.”
She chuckles as she pulls me into her lap, “So, Caiden-kun, whatcha thinking about?”
Finished with the bottle, I toss it in the air. As it begins to descend, white light envelops it and fades seconds later. Purring, my eyes focus on Utsukushi, “I dunno right now, Utsu-neechan. All I know is that I’m glad that you’re my Guardian.” Hopping out of her lap, I toddle around the Main Hall and halt at the window, staring at the neighborhood that greets me. “It’s surprising, isn’t, Utsu-neechan? Hundreds and hundreds of houses, hundreds and hundreds of Zentalis and Norterans coexisting on this perfect world. HAAAH…” Falling to my back, a pillow cradles my body and I stare into the ceiling above me, “It’s such a wonderful place, Utsukushi. I love it here,” Turning to her, happiness radiates on my face, “I love you, and I love that we’ve been blessed with this abundance of a mansion.”
Focus returned to the ceiling, hundreds of stars and ships sail across the plateau, “You know, Utsu-neechan, I’ve always wondered how the ceiling can display the stars and other colony ships hovering in the depths of space hundreds or more miles away from the Colony Ship Infinite Sacrifice. Utsu-neechan, how is that possible?”
“Heh, well, Caiden-kun, let me see.” Sitting down adjacent me, she scans the ceiling then her mismatched eyes find the neighborhood, “Analyzing…” Eyes burning red, a red pool bubbles at her feet, inching upward to consume her entire body. “Let me see, Caiden-kun, performing deep colony search……Got it!”
Sitting up and crawling into her lap, I stare into her mismatched pools, hovering mere centimeters away from her face, “Well, whatcha find out? Whatcha find out?”
“Well, Caiden-kun,” She sets me down beside her and ruffles my hair, “Concerning the Infinite Sacrifice and all colony ships interior workings, I’m not permitted to access that information. I performed searches in the Zentalis Databases and was blocked from entering. I’m sorry, Caiden-kun.”
“It’s alright, Utsu-neechan.” Lying on my back, I scan the ceiling and its wonders as a giggle leaves my throat, “That’s just like my Oniichan to block me and you access to the colonies interior mechanisms. He hid the I.C.C.E. Commencement from me, so I wouldn’t put it past him to hide other things from me.”
“Caiden-kun, would you like to watch some cartoons or play a video game to clear your mind?”
Rising to my feet, I nod, “Yeah, that sounds like a good idea.”
“Alright then,” Utsukushi stands and grabs my hand, “let’s go, Caiden-kun.”
Reaching my playroom, we sit down and start the consoles. After Need for Speed ProStreet loads, we select my preconfigured Race Day and I smile at Utsukushi, “Ready to get beaten, Utsu-neechan?”
“Heh..heh, don’t be so quick to judge me, Caiden-kun.” She revs her engine the race countdown begins, “We are one and the same remember?”
“I know that! LET’S DO THIS!” My eyes bulge as I floor the gas and our cars speed down the track, neck and neck, “I’m going to win this Race Day if it’s the last thing I do!”
Utsukushi smirks as flames rush from her car and she flies past me, “We shall see, Caiden-kun, we shall see.”
Races pass and minutes trade for hours as our competition drags into the depths of the darkness. Utsukushi sighs as she sets her controller in front of the console with mine and we scan the results: Caiden 8/16 vs. Utsukushi 8/16. Yawns reverberate across the room as we scan each other. Enjoyment inks onto my visage as I crawl over to Utsukushi and collapse into her arms.
Utsukushi lifts me into the air, smiling, “Heehee, are you tired, Caiden-kun?” Yawns answer her as she rises to the ground, “Well, I think somebody’s ready for bed huh? However, you need a bath first.”
“But…but…I…I’m scared of water.” Tears swim in my eyes as I’m carried into my room, “I don’t wanna bath! I don’t wanna! I don’t wanna! I don’t wanna!”
“Caiden-kun,” She smiles as she kneels down to me, eyes glowing golden, “I’m not going to put you a tub of liquid that terrifies you. I have a different way of getting you clean.” Golden light roars from her eyes, encasing me within seconds.
Staring around the golden walls, whimpers stagnate within me as the walls rise to the ceiling and fade. Yawning and scanning myself, I sigh, “Okay, I’m in my jammies and I feel really good.” Facing Utsukushi, I tilt my head, “Utsu-neechan, what did you do?”
“Zentalis Energy Bathing, Caiden-kun,” Smiling, she lifts me into the air and walks toward the rocking chair. “It’s a technique I developed for children that fear water or bathes in your case.” Chuckling, she begins rocking and stares down at my confused orbs, “I didn’t know you were scared of water, Caiden-kun. I always wondered why you gave me so much trouble when bath time came. Heehee, heeheehee……Oh well, I won’t have to worry about you latching onto me and death glaring at the water anymore.”
Crossing my arms, I hop out of her lap and pout, “That’s not funny, don’t laugh at me. I hate water for a reason!”
She lifts me into her arms and ruffles my hair, “And what’s that, Caiden-kun?”
Staring at the covers now surrounding me, whimpers echo while Utsukushi sits down adjacent me, concerned eyes aimed, “I…I…I almost drowned when I was Delta Centauri.”
“Caiden-kun……” Sitting down next to an empty space on my bed, her warm energies begin to permeate the room, “Why didn’t you tell me? That’s why you’re so terrified of water?” She sighs as she kisses my forehead and returns to her Indian style sitting position, “Caiden-kun, don’t keep secrets from me again.”
“But…but I…I didn’t wanna tell you, because…because…”
“No buts, Caiden-kun, I’m your guardian, your shield. How can protect you if you don’t tell me something?”
Turning over, a sigh leaves, “I’m sorry, I…I just couldn’t.” Sniffling, tears swim in my eyes, “I…I didn’t wanna seem weak. I’m the strongest in my family and…and with everything that’s happened……”
“Caiden-kun…” My focus returns to her as I find myself hugged close to her, “Caiden-kun, I love you, nothing will ever change that. I am your guardian, but most of all, I’m your Big Sister now. We’ve been together for eight months and yet…you couldn’t tell me in all that time? All the fuss, all the tantrums…that’s why, you were scared not only of the water, but of me finding out a weakness? Caiden-kun,”
Her warm smile burns my fears as our eyes meet, “I love you forever and a day, and I repeat nothing will change that. So, you’re afraid of water, I understand. As such, I will never put in a situation where you’ll drown again, I promise. Actually, my mansion doesn’t even have a pool so you’re fine. Now, ready for bed?”
Nodding, purring emanates as I’m hugged again and tucked under my covers. Smiling, I watch Utsukushi enter the doorway, “Utsu-neechan, wait! Will…will you stay here? Stay here with me until I go to sleep, please?”
“Of course, Caiden-kun.” She walks over to me and rubs my hair as slumber battles within me. The moment I fall asleep, she kisses my forehead, “Sleep tight, Caiden-kun.” and heads toward her own room for the night.

Actualy I had a few ideas on a collab story hut with college coming about the corner. I know you need foucus on school more then story writing. Othen then that. Ive always felt that the artist should be the one to decide as to where the stroy leads. As both the story and char is yours.
