naturally very territorial, they make excellent guardians and are domesticated to protect homes, temples, important monuments, etc. although fake, they use the eyes on their chest, hands and forehead as a form of defence (hypnosis, fear element, etc). these appear to be made out of a glass-like material. despite their feral looks, they can be very gentle, and are thus trusted to watch over things, earning them the name of watcher.

physiology
male and female watchers share the same physique except for the females having breasts and are generally curvier. they have live birth and can breastfeed. normally, the nipples are hidden under the fur.

mutation
mutated watchers are usually skittish and emotional due to the eyes giving them body pain and the awareness that these eyes can see things that shouldnt be seen. there are a few who become incredibly irate from the pain and will attack anything in the vicinity. because of this, these watchers cannot be guardians. on rare cases, the eyes will instantly set someone on fire or, on even rarer cases, turn them to ice at will upon eye contact. it is completely unpredictable and because of this they usually cover up the eye with pieces of clothing and accessories.
