I made this character for my Rogue Trader campaign and he's heavily mutated. On the Mutation table, a die roll of 100 (or Zero) is Hellspawn. Gain the Daemonic, From Beyond and Fear (2) traits. Not to mention the rest of the mutations. Tzeentch came and slapped him stupid for Khorne's giggles.
Well.... the last inquisitorial agent that found him suddenly found himself punched unconscious with one mighty fist to the brain box then dumped in the middle of the lower levels of Footfall. He didn't come out.
