I present to you a page from The Legend of Whomper issue 9. Tengoku is a dedicated young tanuki who is learning the art of transformation and karate. His grandfather decides to reward his hard work by passing the family treasure along to him. Tengoku, or Ten as he is sometimes called, is mocked by the other cubs for not being fat enough but he just might be the hero that their village needs.
