One of the VERY VERY VERY few pictures i've ever done full sized (9x12) completely in copic. Like...yeah. I hardly even color in a background for a 4x4 pic let alone this big :( Luckily the original sold for plenty, so my work was not for naught.

I hated doing this picture. I hated it with my heart, soul, and pancreas.

well just because I dont like doing something doesnt mean I'm going to do a shitty job. I Hate doing dishes, but that doesnt mean i'll just rinse them and put them away. Yeah it sucked but I knew it would sell.

Gorgeous work, though. That dress clearly has weight, the lighting on her face is very stylish (actually, reminds me of Soviet era work in a way), and the background matches it all with quite delightful color composition.

The lady of the lake heh. I like the odd sort of texture you've got going on in the foliage at the upper right. It's an interesting effect and subtle enough that it works. I would've loved to own something like this, although I don't think I could have afforded it.

that's fabulous! I can guess it was a pain in the ass but it paod off not only by the price - whatever it sold for - yet for the artistic value! You did an awesome job here and can be very proud.

For something you hated, holy shit.

The looks like a work of fine art. Like those really expensive pieces aristocratic families keep in their homes and show off to their friends. It's like amazing @.@ I always thought you were talented, but I didn't realize you were this talented, hah. What I'd give to have such a sense of color and depth.
