The Moe ... comes from any moe comic you can find.

The Old Manga comes from "Hoero Pen" (http://www.cinemasie.com/visuels/affichettes/plumedefeumanga.jpg)

The Ero-Game is supposed to emulate Jin's.

The Shounen comes from nowhere

The Shoujo comes from classic Shoujo Manga (Rose of Versailles, Glass Mask etc)

The Mii comes from some virtual Account in Wii, may be.
