This is one of my favorite characters played by the late Robin Williams.

For those who don't know who Batty is, hes from the movie Fern Gully: The Last Rainforest. Batty was a lab animal that escaped the lab. That thing on the side of his head was a tracking/mind control antenna they had wired into him for study.
