Dont worry, EVERY builder is on sights like that, as a builder myself, you cant have everyone happy. there will be people who hate you and just know your name, thats just how it works, use it to fuel better building, as 99% of people that rant like that about other peoples are, cant do it themselves and have 0 idea how much times goes into it
If they did not like your style, they should not have commissioned, I think it looks awesome <3
