Aussie was all excited to hear that the moon would be all big and especially bright tonight, but on close examination he's a little dissapointed, it still fits in his paw!

A fun little photography experiment I played with last night. Not the best photo of the night, but the one that best captures the illusion I'm trying to create, a megasized Luvtail cradling the itty moon cutely n.n

Yes the lighting is bad, the focus is not what it could be and my fur is in dire need of brushing, but bear in mind this was all done by myself. Camera was on a tripod (18mm lens, less than a metre from the ground) with a remote control shutter. I had to use manual focus, one second shutter speed, and pose myself around the ever-rising moon using the liveview function on the tiny LCD screen I can barely see with my head on. This was the second full moon I've done this and man it's hard work, but very rewarding for the photos that turn out well. If I could just get a fellow fursuiter/photographer on the right date and weather permitting, could make some truely amazing photos. But this is the best I can do by myself, and quite fun at any rate! :3
