It's not bad... but I think your cover letter should be a little more condenced. It's supposed to be more of a greeting (with their name if you can scope it) and a quick reasoning why you have the skills to do the position. No need to section off why you're good for the job; that's what the resume is for. Merely keep it in sort of a letter format saying 'I'll be great for this position, because I'm _____, I've done something like this when I was ______'. Get rid of your typing speed on your cover letter. That's for your resume.
Don't give your personal information out on the internet. =P But anyhow... don't put it in a section saying 'Personal information'. Merely put it right under the title of yoru name (make that a little smaller) and bold the information to show it's important.
Shorten up your skills to the top 6 things you have. Try to fit all your resume on just one page. Delete any information not related to the job (cash register operation) stuff that you should already be (Ability to work with no supervisor, Innovative, Effective time management) And for your computer Literate just go with 'Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook'. Get rid of Email, Internet Searches, Photoshop/bucket/Computer Repairs. You're looking to be a receptionist or assistant. Tailor your skills to these jobs alone. And make sure everything is capitalized properly. =P
Drop your Personal attributes to your 3 strongest points and flesh them out into a sentance for each. Keep it relative.
