I wanted to paint more Rairty with snakes... I'm sure that's her spiritual animal.
So here is the story Rarity decided to learn how to control others better so she joined Fluttershy's Snake Charmer Cult (I'm pretty sure that's her thing) But bieng complete noobie Rarity can't use just her eyes to put her victem into submiton and have to use body dance for charms to be effective.
I went for the more "family friendly" nippless variant of anthro this time.
