Well Isn't this a nice one :3 The kinda thing I do all rather often but I must say I really like this character. I think its the four arms and colour pallet.
This little scene is of this lucky guy being woken up to the site of a massive dame pinning him down and having a bit of a rummage around in his draws with her tail, such a cheeky girl!... Keep going I'm recording this for training purposes.

she has four arms my dear man and i could only do the creature how the original person who had them created wanted them ay. it would be bad for business if i didn't do it how they wanted :].
also its soft core porn, realistic proportion isn't really a factor in this kinda thing. though your points are valid but as i said. bd for business if it do not produce what is asked.. and someone that big you would see their Traps . thats not the rib cage its the muscles from the arm bit to the rib cage :].
And like i say. its fantasy so all these real life factors you say don't really amount to anything here. things like godzilla and such could never ever exist simply through their sheer mass but for things like that you have to exorcise you disbelief otherwise you wouldn't ever really get anything out of it
