Okay, Here is a rather odd character request to do of. Here is another bkg character that was highly requested by commissioners, Darpy. I have no idea what's up with her eyes but this was the most detailed pare of her description in the commission. I was told she was a delivery pony so I placed her in a delivery uniform.
This one took no time to finished and the colors came out pretty nice also.

"Derpy" started off as an animation error (the now-infamous "wall eyes") with a background pony. 4chan saw the glitch, named the pony "Derpy Hooves", and ran with it. The team behind the show eventually turned her into a full-fledged background character – and she even got called "Derpy" in the one episode where she had a few lines (Hasbro eventually re-dubbed that part of the episode to give Derpy a new voice and remove the "Derpy" name).
She's a fandom favorite because she's partially "created" by the fandom.

Derpy Hooves (aka Ditzy Doo, depending on who you ask) is famous for havinh one eye looking up and the other looking down while making a scrunchy face in the background in the very first episode of 'Friendsip is Magic'. It was just too cute to resist and early fans jumped all over making up stories about who she was.
She has been the fandoms mascot ever since.

I feel I must point out that her eyes should only ever be looking opposite up and down, never to the sides, as you have it here. This just makes her look crazy.
For example, if she is looking at the muffin, both eyes should be looking towards the muffin, but one would be looking at the top of the muffin and the other yhe bottom.
For examples, just look at other fanart or screenshots from the show.
I repeat ... One Up and One Down ... NEVER to the sides.
