Looks like Xell is getting himself a new character, a wonderful one.
This cute Dragonair lady is probably going to be a Weather Goddess, I really enjoyed (well, actually loved! ) drawing and coloring this one, such a cute, nice, gentle and wonderful goddess.
(Also in general I think the colors turned out very well here).
