Yes! I'll try to touch up on that a bit once I get the Stardragon group up and running. The only ones that wouldn't really live elsewhere are the Shooters, considering they kill the other dragons.
Aaand then the Fishers probably wouldn't live in the Crafters area given water and fire don't mix, but hey if someone can give a good enough reason, I'm sure it could happen!
