(this makes 3)
what you need
-italian mild sausage
-can of baked beans
-italian dressing
-2 Zuchinni sliced in thin spears
- 2 bell peppers sliced in spears
(i only had 1 bell pepper and 1 zuchini so i subbed in the mixed peans n corn to compensate. you dont need to)
take your speared greens and brush on generous italian dressing and lay them on a tin and bake for 15 min on 400
cook your sausage in slices and when finished, bake in with the beans.
thats it really
a tasty and filling meal, with low carbs!
