This is incredibly well done.

From the detail on the shark-man to the detail in his/her surroundings.
The texture on both waves and sand is remarkable, and you even managed to get the fish 'appearence' properly on your creature's design, as we all know fish are limited in showing the emotions with their facial expressions.

Might I add that this is beyond what I notice alot of artists' work? You actually remind me with this of another aquatic artist I am fond of.
