er my gawd these r amazing, I always wanted to make myself a vest and what not and even those full body pjs, only problem I am unsure of the material x.x I think its fleece? Are you open to suggest materials if I may ask?? I always wanted to make myself an awesome hoodie vest as I said but just never know the materials to get xD
yey thanks :3 Yeah I seen so many tutorials and what not so I will have to figure it out myself how to add ears and st00f but only thing im baffled by is most sweaters have more then 1 layer of material, one for the outside and inside lining of a sort. I seen it mostly for the hoods but a few of my sweaters have it to- if I did this any suggestions?? Since u got wayy more experience haha thanks so much for telling me its fleece tho :3
hmm... i usually just line the hoods, to be honest. sewing an entire liner is a bit tedious, and depending on the interior fabric, can jam the machine.
I'd strongly recommend a cotton material, and that you pre-wash/shrink it. Fleece is polyester, so it won't shrink in the wash, but cotton will. if you have the two sewn together and the cotton shrinks, it could look a little odd.
