Design Seed Commission for  Jarrikk

This was a rather fun one, but also difficult. I don't normally have this much problem with My Little Ponies, especially in my style, but I did this time around for some reason. So the commissioner asked for some sort of flight or weather related MLP pegasus taur. I don't draw taurs often, but it seemed like a fun challenge.

So once I figured out what needed to go where I sat down and tried to decide what I wanted to do design wise. Originally she ended up almost pidgeon like LOL But I tried to avoid it figuring it might not be as pretty to me as to the commissioner and decided to go back to the focus of flight/weather theme. I picked all the weather based colors from the template and got a good set of markings down. Then I tried to figure out how and where I wanted to use the red and orange. I figured bright, feather accents could work great, especially for a cutie mark. She really needed a color pop without it being too overdone.

So a lightning bolt surrounded feather for a cutie mark, combining weather and flight. <3 Was super fun, I may have to do more MLP taurs in the future LOL!
