A.K.A., A "hobo pack", from !

(this makes 2-3)

what you need

- Kielbasa sausage sliced
- 1-2 bell peppers
- a can of strained and washed black beans
- salt / pepper / onion powder
- 1 zucchini
- a head of broccoli and cauliflower (or be lazy like me and grab 2-3 bags of mixed broccoli n cauliflower)
- can of corn or frozen
- can of lima beans or frozen

whatever you really damn well please. this is a VERY versatile dish, thats fast easy and you can really make mostly any veggi combo


take a large sheet of tinfoil, preheat your oven to 400
chop up and dump ALL YO **** in that tinfoil. just toss it all in! no special way, just cut it up n toss in.
throw on your salt pepper n onion powder. roll it closed and put it in for
35 min and its done! open and enjoy!!
