third meal! for my fellow diet-bros
(this makes 2-3)
what you need
-Kebasa sausage sliced
-1-2 bell peppers
-a can of strained and washed black beans
- salt/pepper/onionpowder
- 1Zuchinni
- a head of broccholi and coliflour (or be lazy like me and grab 2-3 bags of mixed brochholi n coliflour)
- can of corn or frozen
- can of lima beans or frozen
optional
whatever you really damn well please. this is a VERY versatile dish, thats fast easy and you can realy make mostly any veggi combo
take a large sheet of tinfoil, preheat your oven to 400
chop up and dump ALL YO SHIT in that tinfoil. just toss it all in! no special way, just cut it up n toss in.
throw on your salt pepper n onion powder. roll it closed and put it in for
35 min and its done! open and enjoy!!
