This is Ryuzoji Yukiie, who in my fic is a bastard son of Leonardo and a rabbit prostitute, so he looks kind of weird and is made fun of a lot growing up, until he is shipped off to train with a hermit swordmaster in some mountains a few days from his home.
Leonardo doesn't find out that Yukiie is his son for a long time.

I wanted to draw Yukiie to see if I could figure out how he really looked, but I fail with color :/

Yeah, it was hard to sort out what a pair like an anthro rabbit and one of the TMNT might actually look like. I am happy with the result :) But he is kind of weird looking, and since I've always drawn Leo with blue eyes (because he's drawn with blue eyes in an early mirage comic) I gave him Leo's blue eyes and I can't seem to sort out how to draw a scattering. So he's a half breed and also half Amercian and half Japanese, and he gets picked on mercilessly.

The bit about him not knowing Yukiie is his son just makes the whole Jotaro and Usagi dilemma spring to mind. Hopefully it didn't drag on as long as that did. Certainly does bring up more comparisons between the samurai an ninja though. Those honorable dorks.
Besides my rambling: I like the mixture you've done. Not a straight out rabbit or turtle. A good surprising mix thats eye catching an gives him character. Makes him not a clone of one parent. I like it a lot. Makes me feel guilty my characters usually stick with one species look with certain attributes added in. (Gen/Leo off spring for example = Grey huge turtle with a protruding snout an more male build for a girl. Small shell an mostly a weighty critter.)

I haven't really posted up the character sheets anywhere as of yet. Mainly because I thought the characters would be too weird. (A kinky threesome of samurai, bountyhunter and ninja producing some strange offspring would get me weird look at DA.) I'll see if I can post them soon enough.
