Evan Wallace, one of our amazing PR Reps for the panel, met with me immediately after the panel and presented me with this gift in honor of our hard work.
Evan was an amazing force in advocating for this panel. He proved his talents at networking by reaching out to all sorts of Brony sites as well as the folks behind the show. In particular Amy Keating Rogers and Lee Tockar.
Evan wasn't alone though as we had other individuals who played a great part in ensuring everyone knew about the Coping with Disabilities Through Pony panel. Such individuals include, but are not limited to,
azuredragon
Stoneth
Nishi
azuredragon was our team's PR Lead. He is also the one responsible for creating the opening videos we showed at our presentation, compiled the official web site, got the inspirational book off the ground, and will soon make the inspirational book available as an Audio Book!
So from the team and I we send an extra special thanks to all who made our panel what it was and will be. There's still work to be done. Evan Wallace shared with us how there is now an interest in seeing similar panels appear at other conventions. I personally told Evan I'd like to see him run with this. Wish Evan luck as he may be the next one to lead such an influential panel.
More updates to come. Thanks again for helping to make our panel the success it was. We couldn't have had the turnout and success we did without everyone who played a part in it. Most of you may not have been able to be at BronyCon in person to see it but your work was definitely apparent.
Here's to making a better tomorrow for all of us who have special needs!

*Crinklehugs* Thanks so much, Ozzie. I'm most looking forward to seeing what happens beyond our panel with regard to the advocacy for those of us with special needs.
As I get additional feedback I will be posting it here. In the meantime I'm back to doing daily updates on how things went with fun pictures to illustrate the moments.
I hope you and Tavi are doing well. :)

Owie! Sunburn is no fun. Especially if it is in places that either get touched a lot, like for hugs and cuddles, or where your clothes have a tendency to move.
Hopefully you had fun while you were out. Did you and Tavi have a little adventure and just accidentally were out in the sun too long?

Thanks so much, Neo. *Hugs* Seeing you again meant a lot. It meant even more that you were present at the panel to see for yourself how it went.
If I may ask what did you think of the introductory videos? Do you feel they worked well to get the points across?
Hopefully you and your friend had a wonderful time celebrating your meeting anniversary at this year's BronyCon. :) Any highlights for you?

You're so so very welcome~ *Squeeze~* I was happy to see you too!
I enjoyed the montage of videos~ I think they worked pretty well! Though, one critique I have is that maybe it would have been better to of either split up the scenes with the messages they represented or reduce the footage. It was a lot to watch before hearing their significance - which was definitely what the audience loved based on the reaction! I felt they really were cleverly selected clips, which was really good~
Yes~ Me and the now boyfriend had a pretty good time~ We had some obligatory new-relationship drama; which was mostly me feeling kind of bummed out and really short for some reason... then I realized it was because I really really miss my friend that you met last year Tyler. Bronycon was the last big thing I've done with him and it kind of felt completely different because of it. But me and the bf are fine now since we talked about it ^^; ...>.>; most of the highlights of the convention happened in the hotel room alone with said boyfriend, aha...
But also at the convention, I had a pretty good time buying stuff :S I ended up spending TOO much money, but eh~ I got some really cute Fluttershy stuff! It was just nice in general too to get out of the house. The only other thing I attended this year besides your panel was closing ceremonies :S I simply didn't find anything that appealing to be honest though :S
Overall, I did enjoy myself, and it was worth it all to get to see you again. I wish you all the luck in the world, as well as the future of CDTP~ *lots of <3!*

*Supportive Hugs* I see how BronyCon was bittersweet for you. It's truly amazing how certain things can trigger memories in which are either positive or negative. In your case the positive was bonding more with your boyfriend you met at the convention last year with the negative being how it has been a long time since you've seen your close pal.
I'm glad your BF was understanding of your feelings. What makes for a great relationship is open and caring communication. I bet talking out your emotions helped bring you two closer.
I agree with you on the schedule for this year's BronyCon. I read through a lot of it and found The Crusader Clubhouse had far more appealing things than the standard panels. I would've loved to have attended the Silly Filly Studios panel on Saturday but it was exactly when my son had a play date back at the hotel with the mom and kids we made good friends with.
*Nods* I agree also with your thoughts on the videos. We actually discussed about whether-or-not to split them up or run them all. I felt crunched for time due to only being truly allotted 50 minutes. So I thought showing them all would keep my big duck beak from blabbing on beyond what little time I had allotted myself to speak.
If there is a next year I plan to do something similar with videos but will solicit inputs on how to do them based on who I am able to have panel with me. I'd like to mix it up with characters and am thinking of using Derpy and Snips & Snails. But that's only if I get invited back.
Thanks so much for your honest thoughtful input, Neo. *Hugs* I really appreciate it. :)

It was a total surprise getting this. Though it wasn't until I got home and had Tina describe it to me that I knew exactly what it was. *kushi kushi*
Evan Wallace is an amazing aspiring PR / Graphic Designer. He need only hone his talents.
What was fun is that I paired him up with Toroth to run PR for the panel. They didn't get along at first but things all settled after a few weeks. It was a positive experience since I played my role as a Project Manager by being a mediator between two members of a team. Their skirmishes reminded me how truly capable I am of doing what I went to school for. Now I need only get employers to believe this and I'll be set. :)
