They should make tiny animatronic dancing Grootlings. Like those "dancing flowers wearing sunglasses" from the 80s.
btw, saw that movie the other day and he was so cute! I could watch him dance all day. XD

Insider tip, I'm going to scope out the Halo ween toys this year and see about making one for myself.

I have one of those flowers from the 80s but im not gonna ruin it. Its vintage now (i feel old).
Twisted fabric sprayed with starch could be used as a base i suppose, unless you get fancy and make a mould to cast them of foam latex to allow lots of movement. I'd love to see how it comes out when you are finished :)

I'm planning on soft sculpture for the fabric-moving bits.
