Looks pretty good, the concept is definitely interesting. The set up looks very RPGish.
To add to it, I'd probably have some other things in the background, like crates or barrels - y'know, generic RPG stuff. Adding a HP bar or map or something would also have added to the feel of it, but I guess it depends what sort of look you were going for.
Looks nice though, I like the background in particular. I've never been good with backgrounds. :P

thank you. I feel I need to do better at backgrounds but this isn't bad for a start. thank you for the proper critique. I was about to put a bed but had a funny feeling it may take alot of room and wasn't sure what kind of bed I need to put. since the theme is when my sona is kind of a prisoner but kinda has that Beauty and the Beast scene going. Taken for some reason but wasn't kidnapped since my sona was lost.

Ahh, no problem. I've always tried to give constructive criticism, it's what I'd prefer myself, after all. xD
But yeah, I can see what you're going for. I've done a few of these sorts of things in the past, making fake screenshots and the like. It's a lot of fun.
You know, with the right kind of programmes and a little help, you can make your own simple RPG pretty easily. It's always good to have ideas noted down. I'm trying to start my own RPG (or I will do in October, when I get my software :P), and I can tell you for a fact it's a lot easier than you might think!

I like it. I like the line work and shading your doing here. as well as adding some texture into the walls.
as for a little critique, I would keep the lines of the rug parallel to the lines of the floor~ that way it will look more like they are on the same flat surface
