Adorable bob! A tip with colored pencils, don't be afraid to press down harder, ( although too hard and your paper will curl up if it isn't sturdy) Or go over an area more than once. Also using prismacolor pencils help, they blend the best. But for cheap-o pencils, this is awesome! You can also get a blending pencil, it works on cheap pencils too, just not as well.

Oh believe me, I went over it several times with the black, it's the shaded parts that I pressed really hard for =D
