Hey, So this time round, I removed that horrid paper headering shadowed in the background *WOOHOO!* And used some blurring / softening effect to get rid of the fairly speckled look from ascanning the traditional piec..then re sharpened select areas ( eyes, edges, mouth etc )

There was no soften tool as such that i could see..so here's a round about attempt :P
