Nice drawings, man!

I'm not so keen on them, on the basis that animal feet are designed for moving on all fours and I don't think the benefits transfer onto biped body structures. They make the character look more animal-like, that's about the only reason I'd ever draw them.

That's an honestly good point, and one that's always stuck in my head. Recently a lot of people keep saying "yeah, digitigrade looks cool! Do it!" and I'm like... yeah, it does, but, it serves no functional purpose to a biped..
So yeah, it was experimental, and i got a lot of people saying that the aesthetic looks cooler for it, but I've just always drawn him mostly plantigrade...
So yes. As much as digi'grade looks good, it sits much better in my head to keep him plantigrade.
