"Wotcha, mates!"

This is Draco, the 4th member of my Snake Pokémon team, (yes, I know he's not technically a snake, but he is serpentine). As you can tell, he speaks in a Cockney accent and wears a blue cap.

He first appeared (as an unnamed Dratini) at a log cabin, which I rented, where he witnessed a Krookodile wreck a wall in the cabin, unbeknown to Alfred, Roxy and Lucky (then called Serperior).

After explaining what he saw to Alfred, Draco and Lucky went to search for me. (I had been feeling unwell at the time, so went out for some fresh air, only to get pelted by rain.) After finding me and shortly after the Krookodile was captured, I caught Draco after he agreed to come with me.

Some time later, in an alternate timeline, Draco was rather shy when I introduced him to Cuddles, hiding under a pile of cushions and soon after evolved after a Houndoom attacked us. His real evolution's covered in a different storyline...
