This spider is a female Araneus Diadematus which was waiting in a leaf for a prey.
The Araneus Diadematus is also called "cross orbweaver" because she has a sort of white cross on her back. Her lifetime is of only 1 year, she die after she had laid and protected her eggs in a protective cocoon. It's a spider which attack the humans very rarely and her sting has the same effect than the one of a mosquito.
