Last summer there was a decent-sized huntsman spider on my kitchen window. Like, size of my hand, nothing spectacular. My housemate's dumb cat came up on the windowsill to see what was going on. Looked at me, looked at the spider. Tried to rub his head against the spider. The spider freaked out and ran away
