Sabre is stuck yet again as a trophy for his baseball team. He was not allowed to participate because his height, wings, and anatomy would confuse pitchers with the strike zone and give an unfair advantage when it came to traveling. He begged for a chance to be in it, maybe as a mascot (maybe he tasted enough of the hotdog previously to like them and possibly try to eat another), but the coach had better ideas. Instead, he would be the tight reward for the best player. He was gagged with a baseball, his hands were duct-taped together into a baseball mitt, and his legs were bolted onto the platform he was on. Various wires and strings kept his wings, tail, and head stuck in one position. So now he is nothing more than a reward, an achievement.
