Fursuit Tutorial: Lycra + Interfacing
My favorite combo! This tutorial just shows how to make the interfaced combo of fleece and lycra that is easier to sew than lycra alone. What you do with it is up to you! It's awesome for lots of stuff and great for sewn noses and detailing as well as other things I haven't even thought of yet!
Happy crafting!

She made it a while back but I compiled all the images together and saved it in one place for future reference for myself and others! This new nose featured above is AMAZING, I'd love to see more images of it!

The pictures simply show the two sides of the fabrics featured. It is basically a fleece-based interfacing with the iron-able glue dots on it (other interfacings have the fusible glue dots, too, but I think the fusible fleece is the best to use for this sort of task) Yes it still has a little stretch to it as a unit, when stretched it has a nice texture that reminds me of a nose pad or skin.
