Kuu can use Yokai magic as a Bakeneko but what you may not know is she can also use other Yokai species' magic. She can use Tengu wings to fly for limited amounts of time depending if she is fly solo or carrying someone. They stay small until she uses them to fly. To use them she needs a lot of magic and a Tengu feather.
