Well, I would say
sure beat me to it :P
Sorghum with Artichoke hearts some minced garlic and a touch of williams sweet and spicy seasoning
so cook sorghum according to instructions set aside
take a can of hole artichoke hearts cut up and pan fry for 5 mins just till there warm
mix into sorghum add two tbs of minced garlic mix well. add your favorite seasoning and serve yields about 4 servings per meal
From Chris - A few things to note:
~ Sorghum is gluten free
~ The cooking time, however, will take you at least an hour (possibly a bit longer)
~ The end result, however, is that you have a great grain that has a mildly sweet taste (but not overly sugary - after all, this is the same grain you would get sorghum syrup from :3)
Allergy warning – please read all recipes carefully and be aware of any allergies or sensitivities that may effect your health and well-being
