this is really gorgeous, you did a wonderful job! I love the shapes you hashed out and your stokes are super gentle. I really really love the lineless and how you can imply so much depth without the use of lines. great work <3

I've got a more up to date version that I've sent you on skype if you want to take a look. I tried to define edges more, as well as smooth things out. I've still got some work to do with it though, like fix the ears a little and add fur and color. I'll try to add in his neck as well once I get his head figured out.

I went ahead and set this drawing aside for now because all I ended up doing with it was redoing the same parts over and over and just frustrating myself. I've been sticking to drawing more sketches instead of this until I feel like I can take that piece on again. I'm not sure when I'll start it back up, but I guess you can still stick around if you'd like to.

I've actually worked on it some more since then. I plan on adding in fur and color at some point, but right now I'm trying to get it shaded just right. I've got this at the moment:

If you don't mind me asking, was there anything that drew you to here? I know Shnellz posted because she's been trying to help me out, but I don't recall commenting on any of your stuff yet. I'm kind of honored tbh that you decided to stop by I wasn't expecting someone that I just added to my watchlist, especially with as many watchers as you, to have bothered looking at my page and said something beyond "thanks for the watch".

hmm if I could give you some advice, maybe try to mix some yellow tones/lime green for the light parts? (like this : http://fc08.deviantart.net/fs71/f/2....._x-d7v1dt1.png ) I think it's always more interesting to add more colours, and it will give the artwork more depth. It may be hard at beginning but you can just add new colour on another layer and experiment a bit ^ ^

That looks nice; I think I'll have to try it out. I'm out of town right now and will be for the next few days, so I won't have any time then to work on it.
