Roman: *Sitting at a VIP seat next to yours with his brother, Carlos. He takes out a big cigar from a cigar box and clips off it's mouth cap. He puts the cigar in his mouth, lighting it and takes a puff.* I wonder where our guest could be?
Carlos: *Takes a lights and puff from a cigar as well.* Probably busy doing contract work. I just hope his organization doesn't pop up on the chief's desk.
Roman: I'm sure he has no intention of ruthlessly taking over the city. In fact we share in common of getting rid of Vice City's worst of the worst. *Takes a puff from his cigar.*
Carlos: I guess I'll take your word.
