This here is Psy #07, a Robot with the dream of being of flesh and furr ~
With his Holo-Generator Rings, he's able to project appendages of any sort that he wishes. A large eye in the center of his helm allows visual at 180 degrees, and glow from his internal processor, located in his chest.
Though his hands are holograms, the nanotechnology frittering along the image projected, allows, when desired, to mimic the sensations of 'feeling'. They do not fuse through walls, merely disappear or spread out against solid surfaces when he does not want to 'touch' anything.
He does not walk, but float by way of the small jets located underside of his torso and arm slots. Direct movement of his HGR's images is merely for personal preference, and not a necessity.
Top to bottom, without rings, he is 3 feet tall. With projections, he is 6'2"

He speaks through a hidden speaker located at the underside of his head.
His fins are his own accessory, they are attached by screws, but can be removed. Think of them like earrings. But. On his head.
He's very inquisitive, and adorably awkward when meeting new people. Naturally upbeat, but when he is sad, his eye does not glow, and his HGR's are pulled closer to his body, as if he is trying to hug himself.
