Well, I made this song during the long car rides on vacation. Supposedly it sounds like music from a game... I wouldn't know though because I really haven't really played that many video games. Anyway, it started as one pattern on the piano and expanded from there to be what it is now. I really love the high pitched ringy part at the end, but that's just me.

Thank you for commenting! I'm glad to hear positive feedback (though I'd be just as glad to hear negative feedback since then I'd know what to do differently)!
I'm delighted to hear that you like it! I made the song without influence from any game so that's probably why you can't match it up with a specific video game; it's in that category only because my friend suggested that it sounded reminiscent of (if I recall correctly) Kirby music.
To be completely honest, melodies are moderately difficult for me (less difficult than mixing harmony or rhythm with melody but difficult nonetheless) because when I get down to sequencing the notes, I forget the 16 to 32 measures that were floating through my head and sounded so nice (or the distractions of the world clear the slate for me long before I get a chance to sit down at my computer).
Anywho, thanx again!

Very, very nice. I rather like soothing songs like this. That really high pitched portion that starts...I think about halfway through reminds me somewhat of someone tapping on one of those...I think the percussion piece is actually called a triangle. It fits in with the music quite well and is surprisingly muted for being at such piercing tones.
