For a while I've wanted to do something about my love of acting, so this is another portrait of myself becoming my power animal. Acting is a transformative experience after all, and I think a raccoon is a very actor-y sort of animal.
I chose the ending speech from 'A Midsummer Night's Dream,' one of my favorite monologues - I love it's mystery and mischievousness. A raccoon is also very suited to Puck, and I've been called 'Puckish' in my time.

You're pretty good at staying on model. Sequences are a little tricky about that since the model itself is continuously changing!
One question, also: if you put drawings colored with wax-based materials under a scanner, does it get messy at all? Like, if you do multiple scans do you have to wipe the panels afterward?

Saw a few raccoons myself just recently. They don't live by my home, but some curious ones visited the rental house during vacation. Scrounging the trash area in vain. Fascinating little creatures. Looked a lot more like a cat than I had expected, only my cats could never pick up a dried apricot in their paws. None too timid either.
